When eagles are fighting snakes, they change the battlefield by taking the snake into the sky. In the sky, the snake has no power because thats not its territory.
It means the eagle has first accepted its responsibility of being in the snake's territory, therefore to win the battle it has to change the battlefield by taking it to its own territory.
By a fair view of the situation and a critical analysis, one has to first analyse what went wrong for him to be at the centre of the crisis.
